Pest Control Technician – Essex/London

Pest Defence are looking to hire an enthusiastic person for a Pest Technician role on £34,000+ per annum.

Pest Defence Ltd. has been trading since 1989, providing pest and bird control services to a large portfolio of commercial and domestic customers throughout Essex and London.

The successful applicant will be required to provide technical pest control services and advice to our existing and new customers within a designated service area and to help other members of the team when necessary.

Candidates should be:

• Be able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team.

Self-confidence, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as are basic IT skills and a full driving licence.

All equipment required to carry out your work will be provided, including uniform, PPE, vehicle and phone.

Realistic earnings of £34,000+ including bonuses, commission and overtime in the first year for an RSPH Level 2 qualified technician.

We are very happy to consider applications from unqualified and inexperienced candidates who can demonstrate the required personal qualities – full training will be provided, with a requirement to achieve the BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management within 18 months.
